We understand that there are some situations where you are not fully satisfied , that’s why we are here for transparent and clean return and refund policies.

  • Certain products due to their nature can not be refunded unless they arrive damaged and defective. (Cakes, flowers, glass and customized gift items.)
  • Our return and refund may be valid for 30 days. If days have passed since you purchased, we can’t give you a full refund.
  • Add items for non-refundable ( gift cards, software item and personal and healthcare).
  • We only accept your return when you have a proper receipt for purchasing your item.

 

Late or lost refund –

If you haven’t received a refund , don’t worry. Sometimes the refund process takes some time due to internal banking procedures or payment gateway delays.

  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment. Please check your bank account , wallet, and UPI methods.
  • Depending on your bank account payment or provider, some banks delay an additional 2-3 business days to reflect the refund in the bank statement.
  • We always send an email for confirmation when your refund has been processed.
  • If you have completed a step above the refund process and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with our support team.

Sale items-

We only process your refund when your item is a regular product, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchange-

We only exchange items when products or items are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the same product, mail us at info@uphaarshala.com and send your product to your address.

Shipping process-

  • Once you place an order and payment is successfully processed, you receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Our team carefully prepares items, does a thorough quality check, and ensures that the product matches the specification you selected.
  • Your order is securely packed using higher quality materials to avoid damage during transit.
  • You can track your order in real time using SMS or email.
